There are several Alexa skills tied to the airline industry that can give information on flight status, etc., but late last week, United’s official skill has taken the next step.
United’s skill now has the ability to not only get flight status and information and detail the amenities available on a trip, but after connecting with the company’s MileagePlus account customers can now use voice commands to check-in for the trip.
I hope more airlines take this precedent and run with it.
