Amazon has now added the ability to include your Calendar in Routines. When added to a Routine, Alexa can read from today’s events, tomorrow’s events, or just the next active event.
To add Calendar to a Routine, go to Settings – Routines – New Routine – Add Action – Calendar
Of course, for this to work, you also need to connect a calendar to Alexa if you’ve not already done so. This is done in Settings – Calendars. Alexa currently supports Google (Gmail and GSuite), Microsoft (Outlook.com and Office 365), Apple iCloud, and Exchange.
