The myITforum party button run at MMS 2012

It’s a treat to see, but something that can only be understood by watching.  If you’ve never attended MMS before, the Monday night run to get a first-come, first-served myITforum party ticket is legendary – and is *is* a run.  Folks line up about 2 hours prior to the Expo opening just to hit the show floor the moment the it opens.  All in an effort, to ensure a trip to the Tuesday night myITforum party.  Due to the running, bumping, elbowing, etc., this year, to ensure safety, there were actual medics on hand and big, burly bouncers in place in case a fight were to break.  We’ve never experienced anything as serious as that, but better to be safe than sorry, I guess.

Microsoft is putting together some official photo and video footage for public consumption which should be posted later on, but here’s a taste of the button run with some pictures and video that we captured.
