Microsoft has updated its consolidated MSFT Events app for Microsoft Ignite. The company used to deliver an app for each conference, but has now chosen to simply update a single app for each conference. The app is available for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android, but as yet is not available for Windows device users. Microsoft Crams One More Conference into Ignite

Microsoft Ignite is the culmination of several popular conferences the company ran for years. The combining of conferences has turned Ignite into a massive, mega-event where attendees have to fight to get session seats. Today the company has announced one more conference will be eliminated and merged into Ignite. Microsoft makes the announcement in a blog post today… …we are shifting Microsoft Envision, our event for business leaders previously planned for February, to become part of Microsoft Ignite Sept. 25-29.
