OpsMgr: Running Unix/Linux service recovery only if it needs it

Chandan Bharti has posted up an addendum to a recent post about monitoring and managing Linux/Unix services with OpsMgr 2007.  In the case of the latest post, he’s improved the entire process to ensure that the Linux/Unix services actually need to be managed, prior to perform the recovery.
