One of the most sought after pieces of Service Manager support is now online

Moving the Service Manager and DW databases is a support pain that has been asked about to no end for a long while.  The folks at Microsoft have finally worked it out and Travis Davis has posted the steps to perform this function, which includes the usual stuff like stopping services, backing up and restoring the SQL database, and making needed registry changes.  It’s similar to what you’d expect due to the other information already available for other System Center products that use SQL Server as a database.
