Microsoft has been warning customers for a few months that its Health Dashboard and associated services would be shut down this year.

On May 31, Microsoft plans to not only shut down the Dashboard, but also completely remove all of the apps that power its once lauded fitness wearable for all supported platforms.

On 5/31/2019, the Microsoft Health Dashboard site will be shut down and Microsoft Band applications will be removed from the Microsoft Store, Google Play, and Apple App Store.

You can learn more about the end of support, including how to download your data from the service and what features will continue to work on your Band device, from our FAQ page.

Once the Health Dashboard is decommissioned, the apps won’t be much good anyway. Those still clinging to these devices can still use use them, but the data will not be stored anywhere. Customers have until May 31 to export their history to store somewhere else (ex., Garmin, Strava, MapMyFitness, etc.).  After that date, the stored data will be deleted and irretrievable.
