If you jump out to Microsoft’s website support areas (https://support.microsoft.com), you’ll see a new Virtual Support Assistant offer at the bottom right of the window.
The Assistant is a bot that takes your support questions and attempts to lead you through locating proper information in hopes of directing you to the most appropriate responses quickly. When you choose to try it out, a new window displays, allowing you to enter any support questions you have.
It’s not perfect and its pretty easy to get the assistant confused. For example, asking for the Surface updates history page produced the following answer…
