Microsoft Starts Charging for the Cloud by the Second

How much do you use the cloud? Now, state how much per second. Could you do it?

Microsoft has just unveiled a new Container service for its Azure platform that does just that. The tool, called Azure Container Instances, provides access to a container and then charges based on the number of seconds that a given container is being used. This is different than the normal model that instead charges by the minute or by the hour.
