You might remember KB4032188 from late June 2017. That’s because we’ve seen it before.
Microsoft is now rolling out what should be a KB4032188 that has been repaired to ensure a better success for installation. This update was made available on July 28th and then pulled quickly after due to reports of failed installations and all manner of weirdness.
The update is rolling through Windows Update now, but you can download it manually here: http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=kb4032188
