Microsoft Edge with Constant Crashes After September CU? You’re Not Alone

Immediately after applying the September cumulative update for Windows 10, we started noticing minor Edge problems like page open delays (sometimes several seconds), more “this web site has stopped responding” messages than usual, and just general crashes. Usually, with cumulative updates, things will clear up after a second reboot (which seems to be a best practice these days). However, Microsoft Edge continues to be problematic.

After a couple days of testing and dealing with Microsoft Edge problems, other reports started rolling in. More customers are reporting Edge problems.
