Microsoft Delivers Office Security Updates to Stem Active Attacks

A security vulnerability exists (CVE-2017-11882) in Microsoft Office 2007 suites that could allow arbitrary code to run when a maliciously modified file is opened. This update resolves that vulnerability.

Dated for release for November 28, 2017, Microsoft is making available a critical security update for the following Microsoft Office versions and products:
