Last year, Microsoft introduced Microsoft Flow – a sort of web-based, scripting language for automating tasks. Flow is very similar to IFTTT.
Late yesterday the software company announced an extension to Flow, called Team Flows, has been made available in preview. Team Flows takes the same automation concepts of Flow and brings it to business users.
Today we are announcing the preview of Team flows. Team flows make it possible for multiple people to own and manage a flow together, and, if someone leaves an organization, the flows they created can continue to run.

In addition to the preview, Microsoft has also taken wraps off the ability to include Gmail actions in Flow.
