If there’s one key piece of technology that garnered a lot of interest at IT/Dev Connections 2017, it would have to be Microsoft Intune. Microsoft is quickly pushing customers to its cloud-based management system, but the gains the company has produce here has customers excited about managing and securing endpoints from the cloud.
Microsoft has recently added even more value to Intune by providing a central pane where those with “Helpdesk” credentials can go to identify and resolve customers issues quickly.
The new Troubleshooting Portal can be reached using this link: http://aka.ms/intunetroubleshooting
Here, customers will find things like:
- User status
- Group assignment
- Application and policy Assignments
- App protection Status
- Compliance issues
- Device status
- Device details such as OS type and version
