Microsoft ACS Namespace Creation Restricted Starting June 30th, 2017

Microsoft will begin restricting the ability to create ACS namespaces on June 30, 2017. The company is making this move to help accelerate the migration to Azure Active Directory.

Microsoft states

ACS functionality is fully supported for existing namespaces. However, the future of ACS is Azure Active Directory. We are committed to improving and updating Azure Active Directory to natively support many of the scenarios enabled by ACS. We encourage you to explore the offerings that Azure AD B2C can provide today.

After the June 30, 2017 deadline, if customers still need to create ACS namespaces, they will need to actually call Azure customer support.
