MDT Connect Site being retired on April 5, 2013

This just in…

In order to give you a more convenient and consolidated location to file bugs and feature requests for Client Management products and services such as System Center 2012 Configuration Manager, Windows Intune and the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, we’re retiring the MDT Connect Site effective April 5, 2013. At that time any active feedback on the MDT Connect Site will be read-only. We will continue to track all active feedback in our internal bug database, however, you will not be able to view any changes in status to existing feedback items.

All members of the MDT Connect Site (that’s you!) will be automatically migrated to the new Client Management Connect Site into a new MDT group on that site. Any new suggestions, bugs and feedback will be submitted via this new site at the URL:  https://connect.microsoft.com/ConfigurationManagervnext/MicrosoftDeploymentToolkit2012.

If you cannot access the Client Management site linked above, you can join the program directly here:  https://connect.microsoft.com/ConfigurationManagervnext/InvitationUse.aspx?ProgramID=7952&InvitationID=7952-TKQ6-PJT7.

The next release of MDT will be announced and available for open beta via this new site only. Stay tuned for more information on that!

  1. It’s just a house-cleaning exercise to consolidate Connect websites.
