It took 2 weeks, but the LinkedIn Windows Store app that Microsoft promised is now available for everyone. The company said when announced that it could take some time to show up for everyone – and it sure did. Some saw it a few days after the announcement but for others it has taken some time to proliferate.

If you ever installed the official LinkedIn app (prior to the Microsoft acquisition), the Windows Store will stated that you already own it. Microsoft kept the original app placeholder.
Despite being just a web wrapper, the updated app boasts better interactivity in the Windows 10 Action Center, and will launch in 22 languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (simplified), Arabic, Danish, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Turkish, Swedish, Chinese (traditional), Czech, Indonesian, Thai, Malay, Romanian).
