KB Watch: Installing hotfix 2509007 with 977203 or 977384 causes the hotfix to not install correctly

Even though the hotfix shows that it installed correctly in “Components” the specific .dll file that is supposed to be replaced, is not replaced.

The solution is to uninstall three different hotfixes and reinstall the hotfixes in a specific order.
