Installing SCCM 2012 RTM Secondary Site using A Pre-Installed SQL Express 2008 R2 Instance

As you know (or should know), due to the new SQL replication in ConfigMgr 2012, if SQL does not exist on a remote server, a version of SQL will be installed automatically when you assign a new site role.  Tao Yang has a great post up about what to do when SQL Express already exists on the remote server and you want to use that instance instead.
