Have Your Say on Microsoft’s Poor Quality Patches and Help Turn this Ship Around

Patching maven, administrator of the Patchmanagement.org email list, and speaker alumna for IT/Dev Connections, Susan Bradley hosted a survey recently asking Microsoft’s customers about their feelings and experiences about Microsoft’s patching processes. The results are a resounding smack.

If you missed your chance participating in the survey, Susan also has an open record in the Feedback Hub. As of this morning, there are only about 550 upvotes where there should be thousands. Microsoft needs to understand the impact the degrading quality of updates are having on its customers.

  1. I am unable to access the Feedback Hub as it give me the “Your account doesn’t have access to this feedback”. MIcrosoft doesn’t want me to leave my… helpful comments? Something about lost trust in the service…
