If you’ve not read the open letter to Microsoft about its lack of quality for its monthly patches, start here: An open letter to Microsoft management re: Windows updating
Patching maven, administrator of the Patchmanagement.org email list, and speaker alumna for IT/Dev Connections, Susan Bradley hosted a survey recently asking Microsoft’s customers about their feelings and experiences about Microsoft’s patching processes. The results are a resounding smack.
If you missed your chance participating in the survey, Susan also has an open record in the Feedback Hub. As of this morning, there are only about 550 upvotes where there should be thousands. Microsoft needs to understand the impact the degrading quality of updates are having on its customers.
