The ever-popular, most valuable community session, “Conquering the Microsoft Management Summit” by Warren Byle (Dell) did not make the cut of sessions this year for MMS 2012. Why? Your guess is as good as mine. The session was hugely popular and was a staple of MMS. The session has continued to grow in numbers and popularity since its inception in 2007. I’m not sure what this means for the community activity you have counted on at MMS 2012, but we’ll have to just wait and see, and, of course, give feedback where applicable.
Fortunately, Warren put together a podcast of the session in 2007 and much of what is available in the old podcast is still relevant today. If MMS 2012 will be your first MMS, jump out to the following link and listen to some valuable tips on getting the most out of MMS.
Maybe, we can talk Warren into putting together an updated podcast version of this session since the physical session was declined this year.
