For the longest time Microsoft has invested resources in managing and monitoring the Connect site for bugs and feedback for various products. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but that has started to shift over the last year. Connect is still a good resource for bug submissions (for now), but Microsoft has been noticeably redirecting customers to UserVoice. This was made evident with the Windows Insider program during the Windows 10 beta program, but has also been shown in a multitude of other areas.
Apparently, UserVoice is working, and most customers are probably happy with the change considering Connect was always viewed as a clunky, unfriendly resource. System Center Configuration Manager also has its own UserVoice page and if you have suggestions, feedback, and yes, even bug reports, you should consider filling up the coffers there.
