Don’t forget! SQL 2012 hits general availability, too

In addition to System Center Suite 2012 proliferating across the Microsoft download properties, it’s easy to miss that SQL 2012 is also now generally available.

SQL Server public download and eval site: http://www.microsoft.com/sqlserver/en/us/get-sql-server/try-it.aspx

The eval is good for six months and can be upgraded to the pay version.  TechNet and MSDN subscribers can download the bits now, but are also restricted to the eval version.

Those who want it now (purchase) can get it either through Software Assurance, purchase it outright by connecting to a partner representative or Microsoft agent, or get it through the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center.
