Disabling the Windows Welcome Experience in Windows 10 Creators Update

The Windows Welcome Experience is intended to help onboard users to Windows, for instance launching Microsoft Edge with a web page highlighting new features. For Enterprise PCs, this is probably not a best practice setting. In Windows 10 Creators Update, you can now disable that through GPO.

This setting is only available for the User context and is located at:

Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Cloud Content\Turn off the Windows Welcome Experience

Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Cloud Content\Turn off the Windows Welcome Experience

NOTE: This setting is only available for Windows 10 Creators Update (1703) or later.
