While at the Microsoft Management Summit (MMS) earlier this month (April 8-12 2013), I took in one of the sessions that greatly interested me; it was entitled: Availability Strategies for a Resilient Private Cloud.
The session revolved around all the technologies that have a hand in the availability solutions: failover clustering, Hyper-V replica, live migrations, storage migrations and Cluster Aware Updating (CAU). The session demonstrated how each of these work in Windows Server 2012.
If you’re interested in the private cloud and weren’t able to attend MMS, I would highly recommend viewing this webcast.
