Allow user to cancel reboot/shutdown

Run this script on a computer and it will let the user cancel a shutdown.  You can run it as a scheduled task, SCCM deployment (make sure you allow user interaction), or with psexec.  If you use psexec, make sure you use the switches  /s /i 1  so the user sees the dialog boxes.
