As is the case in most business settings, managers, bosses, etc., etc. rarely schedule their own meetings. Instead, they have an assistant make most of the scheduling adjustments, which are based on free/busy times on the calendar.
Amazon Chime provides the capability in the app to grant others the ability to schedule meetings for you.
To do this:
- Go to File – Settings.
- Tap or click on the Meetings tab.
- In the Delegates area, add email addresses or select from the dropdown list those you wish to be able to schedule meetings for you.
