Alexa Tip: Missing Command History

Alexa keeps a history of all your voice commands on the Home screen inside the Alexa mobile app (or on the web at alexa.amazon.com/).  The list of your voice command history can be useful. You can use the history “cards” to improve Alexa’s ability to understand you.

But, sometimes that command history in the app doesn’t look like its updating because it doesn’t show the most current commands. But, its not really that the command list hasn’t updated, its just that the app hasn’t refreshed.

To refresh the list, either logout or login to the app or force close the app and restart it. This forces the Alexa app to update.
