Alexa Skills: AI-Assisted Email Management

A new skill for Alexa could be one of the most full-featured voice-command email management systems I’ve experienced. The skill requires that you use a new email client called Trove, but once you realize just how rich the capabilities are, switching may not seem all that painful. Trove supports Gmail, Google Business, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, iCloud, and iMAP accounts. Client software for MacOS, Windows, and Linux are planned to release soon, but for now just Android and iOS are supported.

It’s really difficult to explain the extent of what all the Trove skill can do in a short post, so, check out the video to get a good understanding…

In short, you can “Read”, “Respond”, “Archive”, “Delete”, and even “Snooze” each message.

Where to get it: You can locate the Trove Skill in the Amazon Alexa app, enable it using your voice, or use the following web link: Trove

Alexa is available for Amazon devices Echo, Dot, Tap, Echo Show, Echo Look, Fire tablets, and Fire TV, but also on iOS, Android, and the web with Reverb.ai.
