Laziness is the true mother of necessity I think in IT, and the tedious act of viewing multiple properties pages brought about this one liner. If you too are setting up diverse deployment sets and need to quickly […]

So this is a quick blog for a frustrating issue, that is actually very easy to resolve. If you are on Windows Server 2012, and you’ve had to reinstall WSUS for any reason and receive the following error in your […]

The Word at myITforum 10 months agoAs for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions. One person believes he may eat anything, while the weak person eats only vegetables. Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him. Who are you to pass judgment on…[Read more]

IT Fit 10 months, 2 weeks agoYea, but the type of stuff you’re doing causes more micro fiber tearing. I’d assume by now that your overall muscle soreness, if any, is very minimal at this point.
The largest draw back to your regiment is […]

IT Fit 10 months, 2 weeks agoI’m a metrics guy, I like results, and I know I have to recover. My demotivation is the motivation of improvement. I know that by tearing my body down, I can now fuel, rest, and the next round I’ll have more […]

ViewSo much truth in that one passage. The ultimate truth being the declaration to us as believers; and our importance to the communities we are placed in, ordained, by God.
It’s no longer good for anything, but to be thrown out and trampled under peoples feet!

The lack of logic surrounding the impact of diet continually astounds me regarding health. Germs/genetics/environment almost always take the blame before nutrition. They are all relative, but your body requires food as surely as it needs water and oxygen. Nutrition is obviously a little less black and white as the other two, but just…[Read more]

IT Fit 10 months, 2 weeks agoThat’s funny, I was on 6 squares, tired and grumpy.
I can’t really explain it, but it seems increased meal frequency just causes me hormonal problems. If I miss meal times I get jitters and grumpy, etc. […]

IT Fit 10 months, 2 weeks agoI generally do really lean cuts. But I tend to metabolize fat for energy better than carbs. I mean I’ll get a nice steady energy off complex stuff, but fatty meats usually give me a better return.

The Word at myITforum 10 months, 2 weeks agoYou have been given a salvation, free from your failings, free from your inherited imperfection. The end is already decided, do not live in fear of that and how the world sees it, but rather unashamed of this amazing gift.

The Word at myITforum 10 months, 2 weeks agoLive every day, with gospel intention. You have the message, speak it and live it. You don’t have to fly to Africa to do God’s work, it’s often as close as the cubicle next to you.

IT Fit 10 months, 2 weeks agoLately when I lift I’ve favored doing microcycle stuff. That is, I run the same sets week to week, but my load is distributed so that the first week is high rep, and by week 4 I’m at low rep with massive amount of weight, take a week off to recover, then restart and shift my muscle group days.
So day 1 week one of chest and back would be day 1…[Read more]

IT Fit 10 months, 2 weeks agoDiet is a mix for me, I find variety offers the best results for me. Oddly enough, dropping fruit (fructose) and picking up dairy (lactose) has yielded positive results for me, especially while massing.
I tend to go carb and protein heavy on lift days and protein and fat heavy on rest days. Avoid processed foods; and *gasp* I don’t eat…[Read more]
