Jalasoft Releases Brand New SNMP Simulator
Houston-May 15th, 2013 Today Jalasoft announced the release of its brand new SNMP Simulator V4. We’ve had countless clients tell us how much time they saved using our Jalasoft SNMP Simulator and how much it simplified their testing processes. In light of this, we’ve worked arduously on creating an even more robust and reliable tool for testing purposes. This version has been built based on previous experiences with our former simulator and has been thought of from the ground up to deliver an easy and robust simulated network experience.

In order to deliver a robust and scalable solution, the simulator has been based on agents. This means that the actual simulation takes place as a running service. This service can be installed on any Windows 7 or 8 or Windows Server 2008 or 2012. Simulating a device has been simplified even more with our easy to use wizards. To make it even more useful for costumers, you now have the option to create a simulation file from any real SNMP device that you have in your environment so you can simulate your own devices in a demo or POC environment.

“This thing works like a charm and really saves an enormous amount of time and effort. Honestly, there’s just nothing else out there that even comes close to the experience of working with our simulator” says Arnold Hagens, Jalasoft Product Marketing Manager.
