Want to learn more about System Center Service Manager (SCSM), and do it in a comfortable setting? Travis Davis has proposed a monthly session over Lync where those interested in SCSM can dial-in, ask questions, and learn about Service Manager. Neat concept and though I haven’t had stellar experiences with Lync (who hasn’t experienced the Lync tunnel noise and voice echoes?), it will be great to see this take off and continue regularly.
