The new Silverlight SCOM web console requires additional configuration pieces during installation, which can annoy endusers. Tim McFadden has put together a procedure for generating your own GPOs to automate the additional configuration nightmare during installation. He’s also given sample GPOs for you to compare with. This method has been tested to work on Win8, Win7 SP1 (64-Bit), Win7 SP1(32-Bit), Vista SP2(32-Bit), and XP SP3 (32-bit).
