Q: Is there a procedure available to upgrade a Service Manager eval version to the full retail version?
A: There isn’t an eval to full licensed upgrade method in SCSM 2012. However, Microsoft is planning to provide an upgrade path from Eval to fully licensed in the SP1 release. The eval license period is 180 days.
