When I started using MDT, I noticed while sifting through the logs that while booted to WinPE, all of the times in the logs were off by three hours. I quickly determined that this was because the default time zone WinPE is set to Pacific Standard Time. Since I am in the Eastern Standard time zone, I wanted to change that so the times in my logs were correct for troubleshooting purposes.
