Some System Center 2012 updates now available through Microsoft Update

In the Description of Update Rollup 2 for System Center 2012 (MSKB article 2706783), Microsoft gives the list of updates that are fixed with Update Rollup 2 for System Center 2012 products.  However, if you dig deep to the “How to obtain and install Update Rollup 2 for System Center 2012” section you’ll see something interesting.

Updates for App Controller, Orchestrator, Service Manager, and Virtual Machine Manager are now available from Microsoft Update!

Data Protection Manager and Operations Manager updates are still managed through separate downloads.
