I’m trying my best to not go off on a rant about Internet Explorer being the worst browser on the planet, but it’s tough. The issue here is that IE dev is tied to Windows releases, while the other browsers release updates constantly (not held back by the OS). As the Internet evolves and moves on, the other browsers comply through updates and Internet Explorer is left behind.
With the recent myITforum site changes we’ve added some HTML5 components to ensure better compatibility with Microsoft Internet Explorer. In the past, Internet Explorer users would need to enable compatibility mode on the site so that some pages would format correctly. With the inclusion of HTML5, you no longer have to do that.
So, turn off compatibility mode for myITforum! You’ll be glad you did.
