Windows 7 – KMS 0xC004F074 The Key Management Service Is Unavailable

According to Microsoft you will get this error when you try to activate if your KMS Server hasn’t been patched to accept win 7 clients.

I found out you will get this error if your Date and maybe Time Zone/Regional Settings are not matching.
