Gearing up for MDT 2012: new features

Michael Niehaus has started up a series of posts on his blog talking about some new features that have been added to MDT 2012.  Here’s what he has so far:

MDT 2012 New Feature: Item Sorting – new to MDT 2012, you can now sort the list of items (applications, drivers, OS packages, task sequences) in alphabetical order!  Note, that only the list can be sorted, not the list of folders.

MDT 2012 New Feature: Monitoring – based on past challenges of management packs for monitoring, MDT 2012 now has its own monitoring feature!  Michael steps through how to enable it, tells how it works (a new service is installed that refreshes every 10 seconds) and also talks about what you can expect to see captured.
