In an upcoming release of Windows 10, Microsoft will enable the ability for users to retrieve and view the information that is passed along to Microsoft as telemetry.
To test this now…
1. Join the Windows Insider program (if you haven’t already) and install the latest build.
2. Install the Diagnostic Data Viewer from the Microsoft Store: https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9N8WTRRSQ8F7
3. Turn on Data Viewing: Go to Start, select Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics & feedback. Then under Diagnostic data, turn on the If data viewing is enabled, you can see your diagnostics data option.
Work on the PC for a few hours or a few days to collect enough data, and then…
4. Start the Diagnostic Data Viewer: Go to Start, select Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics & feedback. Then under Diagnostic data, select the Diagnostic Data Viewer button.
Alternatively, you can turn off Data Viewing when you’re finished collecting and reviewing data.
