From 1994-1999 I supported developers for Microsoft by running the Multimedia and Win32 SDK CompuServe forums, then the web technology listserv discussion lists. I wrote Microsoft's first FAQs for HTML, VBScript and JScript.
I'm currently an SMS Administrator, and was Patch Manager responsible for 10,000 workstations for the past two years.
