Here is a question for you, is SCCM or Altiris (currently shipping) providing you with all the needed parts to make your IT run more efficiently? Does it provide an ITIL certified service desk, end-user self-help portal, or a service catalog? How many of you would be interested in a solution what would provide all of these services in your existing SCCM or Altiris environment? Would you install a connector solution to SCCM or Altiris to provide your IT department and end-users these services? I’m very interested in your opinion on these questions again please send your replies to tdavis@matrix42.com or just post them to this blog.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
