There are always so many each week!

Microsoft Popfly went into public Beta a couple weeks ago.  Popfly allows you to make mashups, web pages, gadgets, so on all in in online easy to use editor that includes tutorials.

Want to install DirectX 10?  How about Leopard on your PC?
