These are Vista sidebar gadgets that display NFL stats and headlines, hence Cool Tools for a Sunday...

The top one displays headlines for different sports type like football, baseball, soccer, so on.  The middle one is specific to football, and you select your favorite team and it will display the latest headlines for that team, and then the bottom one is a gadget that displays the current or final score for your selected team.
