My New Position With 1E
Several days ago in one of my posts I wrote that I would have some news to announce - and today is that day!
Beginning on Monday April 23rd I will start my new position as a System Engineer for the Western US with 1E! Just four days before my birthday - Happy Birthday to me!
I am extremely excited to be working with 1E (don't believe me? See below!). In May I will be onsite at their headquarters in the UK for several weeks, after that I will be back here in the US shadowing Brian, Ed, and Derek to get more familiar with the company and there processes.
My time with Dimension Data North America was a four short months but it was time for me to move on. There are several people at Dimension Data that I would like to thank for their friendship, professionalism, expertise, and honesty, Kelly, Iain, Karina, Margaret, and Nick, just to name a few. There is a tremendous amount of great people at Dimension Data!
I have this week off - it's kind of weird not having a job! But I am working on catching up on some projects at home, emails that I have not had time to reply to, lurking in the forums and responding to questions on the email list, and doing some reading. If you have been waiting for me to get back to you on something now is the time to remind me, if you have been waiting to send me an email about something and have been holding off, now is the time. If you have a link to something you would like to share or see me post about, now is the time to send it to me.
