Gates on Education Before Senate Committee
In case you missed it, last week Bill Gates spoke before Congress on education and immigration. The entire session is about two hours long and I saw it last week as it was rebroadcast on CSPAN around dinner time at my house, he has some very interesting responses to the questions. While I can understand his point on immigration, I think that immigration needs major overhauls to stop the population boom we are experiencing, but his points on education are excellent.
On Wednesday, March 7, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. EST (6:30 a.m. PST), Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates will testify before the U.S. Senate HELP (Health, Education, Labor & Pensions) Committee on U.S. competitiveness.
