The company Finjan has announced a browser plugin for Internet Explorer and Firefox that will detect and alert the user to malware infested links, ads, and search results with their new tool titled SecureBrowsing. It works by scanning the pages code in real time and then highlighting potentially malicious links in red, and clean ones in green. The scanning is built on their behavior based technology. The tool will be available in March and no price was given.
