Talk to a Real Person
gethuman is a database of phone numbers for companies that gets you to a person. While some of the pre-people prompts actually gather information that routes your call correctly or gets your account in front of the CSR we have all made calls where we did not want to wait or care to enter all that information (again). Recently we attempted to switch to Citi Bank for our checking, it was a nightmare, my wife got her debit card, I waited over six weeks and never got mine, when I would call in to their customer service it was asked for the same information three times, twice to the computer. And then after that they would not even talk to me because I didn't have a card - HELLO! Noticed the word "attempted" at the beginning of my story.
