SMS 2003 Certification Question - Day Eight

August 21, 2006

Contest sponsored by Actualtests.com

SMS Expert and myITforum.com

Well it seems that we are only left with two people that still have a perfect score.  Ned and Michael, although there are several people who have missed only one.

You are the SMS administrator for myITForum .com. All SMS site system roles are
enabled. The SMS Advanced Client is installed on all computers.
You create a new advertisement to install an update on a group of computers. Two
days later the security team in myITForum reports that the update causes a security
breach and needs to be uninstalled.
You need to identify the computers that successfully executed the advertisement.
You want to achieve this goal by using the least amount of administrative effort.
What should you do?

A. Filter the status messages for the advertisement in the Advertisement Status container of the SMS Administrator console.

B. Run the Advanced Client Policy Spy tool.

C. Run the SMS Trace tool and open ExecMgr.log.

D. Run the Status of a specific advertisement report.

Please email me your answer and try to include the answer in the subject line please.

The answer to question 5 is C & D, question 6 is A & B, and question sevens answer is B.
