Didn’t see this one coming, no wonder Best Buy settled with them.  Winternals press release is here. 

The first question that comes to mind is, will their free stuff still be free?  The second one is will MSFT integrate all their tools making everything of their free if you purchase the right OS?

You can hear all the rumblings of the doom sayers already proliferating the Internet.  Microsoft is the evil giant, give it a rest people or at least come up with a legitimate claim.
